Queen’s University Belfast seeks to engage with Multi-Tenant Internet Service Providers to support a scoping exercise for the potential replacement of existing internet provision within the Student Plus Directorate at Queen’s.

Firms are required to express an interest in this specific exercise before being provided with access to the documentation. Responses are required to be submitted by no later than 4pm on Friday 5 November 2021.Queen’s will assess responses to determine the maturity of the market in this area and the range of potential solutions available. Queen’s may choose to conduct a public procurement exercise at a later date to procure a replacement system(s). Equally, Queen’s may delay any prospective tender process until the market improves, or develop a bespoke in-house solution in the interim, or consider and develop other options e.g. use of national frameworks.Queen’s may also further engage with Economic Operators who express an interest in this exercise to seek clarification or to inform Queen’s position further and to assist in the development of a specification, which may include the provision of a demonstration, if necessary.
