Description

St Helens Council are inviting suitably experienced transport operators to tender for journey routes to convey clientele from home to school and various centres/ locations inside and outside the Borough using hired transport. All Applicants who wish to apply for consideration and inclusion for this contact must hold a St Helens Council contract driver badge issued by the Licensing department. A copy of the Licensing Guidance has been included with this tender pack. Only drivers who have a contract driver badge issued by St.Helens Council Licensing Department may be used on this contract. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure all drivers have undertaken the checks and have a valid photo identification driver card during the contract period. The Council is seeking to procure a supplier in accordance with the open procedure as set out in The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Part 2, Section 3, Regulation 27 (the “Regulations”).
