To issue a variation to contract DN213089 – ITS140024 Education IT Solution Servelec Core System to vary the end date of the contract to 30th September 2022 . The variation to contract is for the period . Suite of ICT solutions to support a range of education and learning related activities including the following services: Core system for fulfilling education-related services (e.g. pupil database, admissions, Special Educational Needs (SEN), case management), child-care provision, other support functionality (e.g. address gazetteer, portal for provider / remote access, Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping to allow home to school transport and admissions management).

Legal Justification
The variation to contract DN213089 – ITS140024 Education IT Solution 'Synergy Core' to vary the end date of the contract to 30th September 2022 is to enable Leeds City Council to continue to receive on-going support and maintenance. During this time the Council complete a review to realign the Servelec contracts for all Servelec systems currently in use within the Children’s and Families Directorate. The variation to contract is for the period 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2022.
