Description
The Council wishes to invite interested parties ("Suppliers") to participate in a tender exercise to establish a Contract for the Provision of Occupational Health Physician. The suitably qualified and experienced provider of an Occupational Health Physician will be required to provide the services described below and in the Tender Specification via the in-house Occupational Health Unit. The Occupational Health Unit is comprised of an Occupational Health Physician, Occupational Health Nurse Advisors, Physiotherapists and a Business Support Team. The service is managed by the Occupational Health Business Manager on a day to day basis and provides a service to the Council’s employees and a range of Public Sector partners, totalling in the region of 10,000 individuals working across a wide range of trades and professions; including manual and administrative services.
