University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking to engage with suppliers interested in its requirement for a Quality Management System.

Total Quantity or Scope

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for a quality management system to support quality management processes for a number of clinical and non-clinical departments. Quality management processes require the creation, collation and audit of a substantial number of documents and evidence. These documents need to be stored in a controlled manner, whilst allowing auditable access and evidence of review and amendments. In addition to departmental document management there are a number of additional essential requirements relating to non-conformance/quality management, staff qualifications, training and competencies recording and audit preparation and reporting. … Further details on how to do this are contained within the additional information section of this notice.
