Description

This Tender process is being undertaken by Torbay Council on behalf of SWISCo Ltd , a company wholly owned by the Council. Since the formation of the Company in July 2020, SWISCo Ltd have developed a very progressive business plan with an emphasis on business change, highlighting real opportunities to improve the quality of service for our customers and overall business efficiency. SWISCo’s Mission is ‘Making Torbay the best place to live, work and play’ and our Values are ‘Safety First, Customer Focused, Empower, Collaborate, Innovation, Social Responsibility, Growth and Process Driven’. An essential part of how we meet our Mission and embed our Values is the Systems and Processes we use to impact Business Performance, effect Business Change, to become outcome-focused and discharge important statutory duties and responsibilities for the Council. SWISCo currently operates JVC legacy software systems. To implement the step change that we have embedded in our business plan we need new systems to meet the demands of our growing business. SWISCo are seeking a hosted management system to support their delivery of efficient and effective Waste and Recycling Services.

Renewal Options

SWISCo Ltd has the option to extend this Contract beyond the Initial Term by a further period or periods of up to three years (Extension Period), awarded in increments of up to two years followed by one year.
