e-ITT for the provision of Air Quality Monitoring services for New Forest District Council tendered in two (2) lots: Lot A - Maintenance and Servicing contract Lot B - Data Management contract Note: Tenderers can submit bids Lot A only, Lot B only or Both Lots Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 17 NOVEMBER 2021 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) NFDC is seeking a supplier who can provide a proactive preventative maintenance and repair programme to continue to maintain the analysers operating in the New Forest district, and a supplier to effectively manage the data from the air quality management sites in a timely manner. NFDC is looking to secure a three year (plus two year) contract, for; • the maintenance (including servicing) contract (Lot A); or • the data management contract (Lot B); or • a combined quote for the maintenance (including servicing) contract and the data management contract (Lot A + Lot B)
