Description

Derbyshire County Council (DCC) Public Health department require a provider with a proven track record to undertake a combined research, consultation, engagement and the production of social marketing campaign plan and material to promote awareness and the importance of routine eye testing for school aged children across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). The successful provider will be responsible for working alongside the Council's Communications department as well as other key stakeholders to develop a social marketing campaign plan. The Council's Communication department will be responsible for delivering the campaign on completion. We are looking for a targeted, innovative and creative campaign that involves stakeholders and target groups in the co-production of the messages, identification of relevant channels of communication and design of publicity materials to maximise the uptake of children having their eyes tested at a local high street opticians. The contract start date will commence on 01 March 2022 and is for a total period of 6 months.
