The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government wishes to notify potential providers of its intention to procure services to quality assure Building Safety documentation and processes, for example those relating to external wall assessments. There is no current specific provision and the interventions the Department is seeking to assure are recent, so this is not to replace an existing service.
