Description

NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the South Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership wish to commission an organisation or organisations who will work alongside South Lanarkshire ADP, as the lead provider(s) in establishing: a) a service that provides both a peer led assertive outreach model that will proactively identify and assist people, particularly those with protected characteristics, to engage in treatment services employing an open door approach; b) in addition the development of a pathway(s) that allows the seamless provision of treatment for the individual, influencing their road to recovery, employing a rights based and person centred approach.

Renewal Options

Extensions to the contract will be dependent on the continuation of Scottish Government funding at current levels. Up to two (2) 12 month extensions to the contract may be made at the sole discretion of NHS Lanarkshire.
