Customer Services Advisor (within Call Centre) Rate of Pay: ?10.83 Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) Location: Based at Roway Lane, Oldbury Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Brief description: We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services Team which is based in a Contact Centre. You will have excellent customer service skills, you will need to be friendly Flexible and willing to develop your knowledge and skills, you will work as part of a team, but will be required to have the ability to use your own initiative. Answering customer enquiries and requests about a wide range of services. It essential that you have experience of working in a busy contact centre meeting competing demands. You must be able to respond promptly as well as politely and accurately to resolve the customer enquiry. We are looking for people who have a proven track record of dealing with the public in a customer services role. You will need to have: o Previous call centre experience is essential o Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, be an active listener. o Deal with diverse range of customers. o ICT skills with an attention to detail o Excellent customer services skills o Flexible and a self-motivator o Friendly, caring, empathetic, calm and professional o Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday No DBS is required for this role. This role is inside IR35
