Surrey & Kent Commercial Services LLP T/A Connect2Surrey (C2S) is a joint venture between Surrey County Council (SCC) and Commercial Services Kent Ltd (CSKL) (a wholly owned business of Kent County Council), newly formed for the purpose of delivering services back to SCC and CSKL respectively, for the benefit of the communities that it serves. This opportunity will allow C2S to offer a recruitment managed service approach to the temporary and interim recruitment needs of SCC, with an option for managed services to either and/or SCC maintained Schools and Academies within the county of Surrey.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Selection to the DPS will be managed by Commercial services Kent Ltd on behalf of Connect2Surrey To join the DPS, providers must submit responses by completing all the elements of the DPS Response Requirement (PART B) to demonstrate show that they meet the required minimum standards for provision of the service requirements. Providers who meet the required standards will be added to the DPS as an approved provider. Please note that joining this list does not guarantee any business – business will be allocated through the second stage. CSKL will review the completed questionnaires to assess whether providers meet these minimum standards. Each response will be reviewed in accordance with the criteria stated in this document at Section Three. Where the response does not meet the minimum standard, CSKL will reject the organisation from inclusion to the DPS list. The DPS will be operated in “rounds” with the first round be open for 30 days. Subsequent Rounds will open immediately following the closure of the prior round and will be open for approx. 5 working day. Review of subsequent submissions circa 10 days from closing date of the subsequent “round” submissions.
