North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice Team) (the Contracting Authority) which is advising potential providers that it intends to commission new services for Health and Justice Healthcare services for HMP Hull and HMP Humber with effect from August 2022.
