Description

London and Quadrant Housing Trust as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future group entities and subsidiaries ( together l and q ) wish to invite interested organisations to participate in a procurement process for Maintenance Repair and Servicing of Domestic Passenger Lift workstream and Mobility Lifts and Lifting Equipment workstreams 2022 to 2029 across L and Q portfolio of properties. Approx. number of Units is 294. The works will primarily take place in domestic and occupied and unoccupied properties ranging from individual dwelling to communal schemes and units
