Central Bedfordshire Council requires consultant(s) to provide an independent review of a Viability Assessment that has been submitted to support planning application CB/21/03406/OUT. The applicant asserts that the scheme cannot provide 30% affordable housing as well as the request for s106 contributions/financial mitigations to infrastructure as the request in total would make the scheme unviable. The Council seeks a review of the applicant's viability assessment to determine whether the position as set out by the applicant is correct.
