Total Quantity or Scope

The University of Warwick are tendering to appoint a contractor, under a Design and Build Contract (JCT Design and Build 2016 with University of Warwick amendments), based on RIBA Stage 3 designs, to provide the wide range of skills and disciplines required to fit-out the concession areas. Following a tender process, the University of Warwick has appointed Benugo Ltd as the preferred concession partner, subject to contract, to operate a Premium High Street (recognised) Bar and Dining area and Theatre Bar Concept from our newly refurbished, expanded and radically transformed Warwick Arts Centre.
