Description

This procurement relates to the provision of healthcare waste collection, disposal, and recovery services. The requirement will have two distinct lots Lot 1 - The collection of Healthcare Wastes from (x33) Trust Sites for disposal. Lot 2 - The disposal & treatment of Healthcare wastes delivered to the providers waste processing site. * Suppliers my choose to bid for one or both lots; Contract will be for three years from 1/5/22 to 30/4/25 with options to extend for two periods of twelve months PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES ENTITLED TO ACCESS THE AGREEMENT The initial Contract(s) awarded will be between the Authority and the Successful Supplier following the evaluation and approval process. However, all other primary beneficiaries of this Contract shall be entitled to join this agreement throughout the duration of the contact term as detailed within Section A of the ITT The primary beneficiaries of this Contract will be the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Organisations ("ICSO") as detailed below: • Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust • Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust • East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust • Nottingham City Care Partnership • Others as defines https://healthandcarenotts.co.uk/about-us/our-partners/
