The NWUPC Paper; Bulk, Sustainable and Specialist, is a framework agreement led by NWUPC and is open to Members of the following consortia to use APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC. The current agreement is due to expire on the 31st December 2021. Work is in progress on this retender for this agreement. During engagement with the market we have received informal feedback of the current market situations that the Paper Industry are facing.
