** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The contract is for a full clinical managed laboratory service which includes the integration of the core laboratory/molecular track. There is also a non-binding agreement for the parties to work together to look at ways to innovate the provision of the services including the use of automation and AI technology to create wholescale changes to the way in which the laboratory services are provided. The initial contract term is eighty four (84) months following an implementation period of thirty (30) months. There is also an option to extend by 2 further eighty four (84) month periods, subject to agreement by both parties. It is acknowledged that should the extension period(s) be invoked, then the overall value of contract for both main contractor and sub contractor will vary accordingly. Estimated value based on initial 84 month contract = £85,428,162.00. Estimated value based on maximum term of 252 months = £256,284,486. Both values include the sub contractor elements which are also detailed in section V2.5.
