Description

Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of optical smoke alarms and heat alarms as described in the Specification and in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Conditions of Contract included with the tender documents.

Renewal Options

This contract is for an initial 12 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 24 months. The estimated contract value provided in section II.2.6 above is the Housing Executives estimated value for the total Contract Period including all extension periods.
