Description

Oldham Council requires a Registered Provider of Social Housing to deliver tenancy management services for a 19-apartment supported housing scheme for adults with learning difficulties and complex needs. The scheme is located within the Limehurst Village area of Oldham. There is no plan to lot the tender. A single provider will be appointed. It is intended that the Invitation To Tender document will be published in January 2022 and will remain open for responses for approximately four weeks. Tenderers must be a Registered Provider of Social Housing. A contract start date of 1st April 2022 is planned, and the contract will be offered on the basis of three years, with two further 12 month options to extend (maximum term of five years). The intention is to request Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance of £5m (any one claim or series of claims), and Public Liability Insurance of £10m (any one claim or series of claims).
