The Services include: • Internal communal floor cleaning • Internal communal wall and ceiling cleaning • Internal communal door and door frame cleaning • Internal cupboard and enclosure cleaning • Internal woodwork and ironmongery cleaning • Internal window cleaning to communal areas • Internal stair cleaning • External door cleaning • External/enclosed bin storage areas • External store cleaning • External scheme cleaning • External window cleaning to communal areas • Non-routine cleaning.
