Description

The Norwich Business Improvement District (BID)'s Upcycle Exchange Pilot Project, funded by 2 Seas Interreg, supports SMEs to transform their waste products, parts and materials into new products, parts or materials of at least equal and preferably better technical, economic and social quality without burdening people and the environment with hazardous and harmful substances.

Total Quantity or Scope

This proposed contract is for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to manage various waste streams, accommodating a partnership between SMEs producing waste and users of the waste to produce upcycled/recycled products. It is anticipated that the categories may include but not be limited to: Wood Organic Products Paper Products Plastic Products Medical Products. Additional information:

Norwich BID is issuing this Prior Information Notice to notify organisations of a forthcoming virtual Soft Market Testing exercise. This event will provide further details of the proposed DPS and seek relevant feedback from attendees.
