Renewal Options

There is an option to extend the contract at the Council's discretion for a period of one year from 01/04/2025 to the 31/03/2026.

Evaluation for the criteria of quality issues, etc., will also include the operation of minimum thresholds. If a proposal received a score below the required threshold then the bid may not be considered further.
