SE has the requirement to provide its internal & external customers with credit reports, company accounts, annual returns and any other filed documents. SE requires unlimited distribution rights for its internal customers and requires reasonable distribution rights that allow credit reports and filed documents to be shared with external customers. SE does not have a requirement to share direct access to the company credit information database with its external customers.
