Legal Justification

Due to on-going business needs NICTS require this Contractor for licensing of this software support to ensure they continue to have access to a required software interface. These services are only available direct from this Contractor as they are the sole supplier of the licenses and therefore able to provide the support and maintenance required. This contract is therefore being awarded through the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
