Description

North London Schools (known collectively) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply daily and periodic cleaning services to five primary schools located in North London. The Schools will collectively sign a contract with the successful Contractor for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2022. Local Government Pension Scheme is applicable to this contract.

Total Quantity or Scope

Open procurement process. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in the Invitation to Tender and other associated documents.

Renewal Options

The duration of the contract will initially be for a period of 36 months followed by an optional 12 month extension subject to agreement by parties.
