This requirement has been competed twice under Crown Commercial Services Frameworks and this has elicited no winning bidders. Due to the urgency of this element of support, the Authority has identified that STORM Technologies can fulfil this requirement, and have been awarded the contract. A Voluntary Transparency Notice was issued and this elicited no queries from other parties.

The value of this requirement is £228,592.17 (ex VAT). The contract was placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 28(1) (e) of Directive 2009/81/EC (Regulation 16(1) (a) (i) of the UK Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011) for competition failure. A Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice was published on the 20th May 2021 and received no challenges.
