Description

Generally, the service will comprise the annual Domestic Gas Boiler Safety, Servicing and 24/7, 365 days/ year Reactive Repairs to domestic gas installations within individual Tenants properties throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Renewal Options

The Term Contract for the annual Domestic Gas Boiler Safety, Servicing and Reactive Repairs to domestic gas installations will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at Castlehill Housing Association's discretion to a maximum of 5 years.
