Description

Hull City Council (HCC) are now seeking tender submissions from providers who are able to provide HRS for one of (up to) 5 sub-lots. Providers are advised to firstly read the "covering letter" within the attached tender documentation suite for further detail of the breakdown relating to each sub-lot. There are 3 lots in total which comprise Lot A which is "Adults" (and contains 3 sub-lots). Lot B which is "Young People" which comprise 2 sub-lots. Finally, Lot C which is "Families" which comprise 2 sub-lots.

Lot Division

1 Adults

Lot A comprises 3 sub-lots. Providers may submit a separate bid for each sub-lot. (i.e. if tendering for sub-lot A.1 and sub-lot A.2 then you MUST submit a tender for A1 AND ANOTHER - separate - tender for sub-lot A.2. Lot A.1 equates to complex needs for Adults. Lot A.2 is complex needs for Adults, however is restricted to females only. Lot A.3 is generic support for Adults (i.e. not complex needs).
2 Young People

Lot B comprises 2 sub-lots. Providers may submit a separate bid for each sub-lot. (i.e. if tendering for sub-lot B.1 and sub-lot B.2 then you MUST submit a tender for B.1 AND ANOTHER - separate - tender for sub-lot B.2. Lot B.1 equates to 24/7 accommodation based support inclusive of resettlement support. Lot B.2 is intensive floating support.
3 Families

Lot C comprises 2 sub-lots. Providers may submit a separate bid for each sub-lot. (i.e. if tendering for sub-lot C.1 and sub-lot C.2 then you MUST submit a tender for C.1 AND ANOTHER - separate - tender for sub-lot C.2. Lot C.1 equates to congregate housing for homeless families. Lot C.2 is complex needs dispersed for complex families.
