Yorkshire Water Services Limited ("YWS") is the 9th largest Water Utility in the world with a turnover of more than £950 million. YWS is one of the region's largest companies directly employing 3000 employees as well as indirectly employing many more through its contractors and support organisations. YWS provides water and wastewater services to 5.2 million customers and receives up to 2 million calls from customers each year. YWS is regulated by the Office of Water Services (OFWAT); the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI); the Environment Agency (EA); Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). This notice is seeking requests for tender participation for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Goods and associated services related to: Electrical Signature Analysis Devices and additional services, Vibration Analysis Devices and additional services and Thermographic Analysis Devices and additional services to be used on assets across the network. This notice is seeking requests for tender participation for the establishment of Framework Agreements for Condition Based Monitoring including but not limited to ESA Devices, Vibration Analysis Devices and Thermographic Analysis Devices alongside associated services (Including, but not limited to an analytics platform and other associated services) to be installed on assets across the network. These Framework Agreements will potentially entail a combination of the provision, associated analytics and associated services for Condition Based Monitoring Devices to provide YWS consistent monitoring of their assets across the network. Any estimated quantities or values contained or referred to in this or other documentation are for guidance only and do not bind YWS to buy any specific quantities should the Bidder be successful and enter into an Agreement.

Procurement Overview: Successful suppliers will work alongside Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) to provide devices and an analytics platform, amongst other services, relating to Condition Based Monitoring ESA Devices. Suppliers securing framework agreements will become part of the Dynamic Maintenance framework for Condition Based Monitoring Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) Devices with suppliers potentially being aligned to, and being approved to deliver, projects as described in this notice. This does not give suppliers any guarantee of work but will enable the supplier to quote for call-off contracts through the framework term. YWS is seeking the best suppliers in the below capability area: Condition Based Monitoring ESA Devices. Yorkshire Water Services are looking for supply, analytics platform and additional services in relation to Condition Based Monitoring ESA Devices. These devices will montior electrical signature of assets in operation to assist YWS in prioritising any related maintenance. Successful Supplier/s will be awarded a Framework Agreement for Condition Based Monitoring Vibration and/or Thermographic Devices with suppliers potentially being aligned to, and being approved to deliver, projects in particular capability areas, as described in this notice. This does not give suppliers any guarantee of work but will enable the supplier/s to bid for individual pieces of work over the next 5 years. YWS has identified capability areas and the services that sit within these areas. YWS is seeking the best suppliers in each capability area. For the avoidance of doubt, suppliers DO NOT need to deliver services in all capability areas to submit a response to this tender. Capability Areas: Condition Based Monitoring Vibration Devices. Yorkshire Water Services are looking for supply, analytics platform and additional services in relation to Condition Based Monitoring Devices.
