Connect2Hampshire is preparing to run a procurement for a managed service provider to supply up to three Childrens social care CAST teams for The Children & Families (C&F) branch for use in three districts. Each team will consist of: 1 Team Manager, 1 Assistant Team Manager, 5 Social Workers, Innovate CYPS SMT (Director, Assistant Director, Head of Service, Head of Quality Assurance), and 1 Project Support These teams would be responsible for 100, 220 or 380 children (depending on the number of teams) in any given six-month period regardless of Covid impacts. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for a maximum of two years on the basis of an initial six-month period and 3 further 6 month extensions. The anticipated value of this contract will be circa £400,000 per social work team, per six-month period (full details of pricing will be available in the published ITT documents) This Prior Information Notice is to alert the market that this requirement will be published shortly. Connect2Hampshire anticipates the procurement timetable to be as follows: Publication of ITT February 2022 Evaluation and Moderation April 2022 Award of contract Late Early May 2022 This is an estimated timetable and subject to change.
