Description

Supply of Fingolimod 500mcg Capsules to NHS Scotland.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of fingolimod 500mcg capsules to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the Goods direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) includes the provision of Goods only and Goods with manufacturer funded Home Delivery. Each product line in the ITT will be treated as an individual Lot and will be awarded on a line by line basis. It is envisaged that each individual line will be awarded as a ranked multi supplier Framework Agreement to a maximum of seven (7) Framework Participants. Full details of Goods and volumes can be found within the ITT documents.

Renewal Options

This framework includes the option to extend for period(s) up to a combined total period of thirty-two (32) months, upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice of each extension, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire.
