1.0 Scope of Services 1.1 This specification consists of three Lots. The Asset Register and Helpdesk requirements apply to all Lots. The Three Lots are: 1.2 Lot 1: Telecommunications Systems Support: • Telecoms system support • Telecoms Network 1.3 Lot 2: Desktop telecommunications equipment • Soft phones • Network management system • Audio conferencing • Video conferencing • Telephony lines • Call logger • Voice recording system. 1.4 Lot 3: Wifi services • NHS Public Wifi • Audio visual equipment: C touch screens, White boards, Smart boards and Projectors • Digital signage / Notice boards 1.5 The specification should be considered in conjunction with the Site List
