Description
Rail for London Infrastructure (RfLI) requires a Service Provider to undertake the Overhead Line Equipment Monitoring Services on the Central Section of the Elizabeth Line twice a year. The Overhead Line Equipment Monitoring Services entails checking the condition of the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) using measuring equipment such as a Pantograph, HD Cameras and software to analyse the asset condition (e.g. contact wire wear, height & stagger geometry deviation from As Build/Design). The Reports generated by OLE Monitoring will give RfLI important parameters on asset condition deterioration which drives planned corrective interventions and/or renewals as the case may be.
