The BBC is looking to purchase a single source flexible electricity supply to the BBC UK estate, suppliers should submit bids for the supply of electricity for the BBC UK portfolio (excluding NI, and Channel Islands - see full site list document included with the ITT & Tender Information Pack). The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as agent for BBC Studios Production Ltd and Children in Need. Any reference in these Requirements to the BBC is deemed to include a reference to these other entities unless the context otherwise requires.
