We are seeking to award a contract for the Treatment of Street Sweeping Waste for waste arising in Bath & North East Somerset (LOT 1) and Bristol (LOT 2). The contract(s) will be for 3 years with a potential further 12 month extension. The authorities have a statutory duty to collect and keep clear the highways of street sweepings and residue. This includes leaf and general litter cleared from pathways and gullies. This tender seeks bids to receive and treat this waste diverting a minimum of 80% from landfill disposal.
