3 | Demolition enabling and emergency security works 24hrs • To secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access. • To provide heras type fencing. • To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) • To remove or secure minor hazardous building elements, which pose a threat to public safety, for example but not limited to: Loose tiles and slates Shards of glass hanging from window frames Loose guttering or downpipes 2. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours including: • To clear building of chattels and fittings as required • To secure buildings to restrict unauthorised access • To provide access for surveys and inspections • To re-secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access • To remove hazardous building elements which pose a threat to public safety |
