Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a Contractor partner under a design and build contract to deliver the development of 159 residential dwellings comprising 17 houses and 142 apartments, with a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale and Community Land Trust tenures. The site will be complete with access road, parking areas and other associated site works. Demolition and clearance of all buildings, paving etc., form part of the works.

Total Quantity or Scope

The development shall comprise a total of 159 residential dwellings comprising 17 houses and 142 apartments, with a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale and Community Land Trust tenures. The site will be complete with access road, parking areas and other associated site works. Demolition and clearance of all buildings, paving etc., form part of the works. London Borough of Redbridge is using the Prior Information Notice (PIN) to alert bidders to this opportunity and for potential bidders to respond to a questionnaire on the procurement process on ProContract, reference DN598825. This is an advertisement only PIN not a call for competition. The process will be a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation, please note that if the Negotiations phase is not required, the Council has the right to award after evaluation of the responses and not follow the negotiated route.
