Description

Norfolk County Council (NCC) uses a combined case management system to cover key elements of its roles as a minerals and waste planning authority, Highways Authority and Lead Local Flood Authority. NCC is re-procuring its current combined case management system.

Total Quantity or Scope

Replacement case management system(s) must be able to manage: - the functions of a Minerals & Waste Planning Authority - the functions of a Lead Local Flood Authority (regulatory and consultee roles) - the functions of a Highway Authority (including Legal Agreements and consultee role) - a Land Charges system - Goods Vehicle Operator Licence - Document storage and retrieval for all areas

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Norfolk County Council is considering whether to procure the replacement system in lots or as one system, and is interested in holding meetings with potential suppliers on a one-to-one basis to discuss a draft outline specification and how their solution could meet some or all of our requirements. Meetings will be held via Teams on 14th and 15th March.
