Description
Provision of condition surveys for Central Bedfordshire Council Assets . Condition surveys will be undertaken to provide a systematic, uniform, and objective basis for obtaining detailed information on the state of Council's real estate and current and future maintenance needs. The surveys will involve on site examination of the constituent parts or elements of all buildings regardless of maintenance responsibilities. The Council requires Condition Surveys for all the buildings that form the indicative programmes for the corporate portfolios and will assess all main elements of the building. The Surveyor shall provide all necessary expertise, staff/labour, materials, equipment, and resources for the undertaken the specialist surveying activities in accordance will the applicable regulations. Last date for receiving questions on Intend system: 20th December 2021 Return of Tender - Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on the 7th January 2022. Tenders received after that time will be excluded. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the provision to extend a further 2 years.
