Term Service Contract for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Remedial Works & Planned Preventative Maintenance Services ("TSC") - Contract Extension The University intends to extend the current five year TSC agreement with Graham Asset Management Limited (T/A Graham Facilities Management) for a period of less than 12 months, anticipated to expire on 31 January 2023, as it prepares to tender (via a procedure scheduled to be advertised in Find a Tender in April 2022) for the provision of building maintenance services.

Further to Reg. 72(1)(c) the need for the extension arises in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, does not alter the overall nature of the contract and the increase in total contract value arising from the extension does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract.
