Legal Justification
The above contract was due to exire for the final remaining participant to the contact (NHSCT) on 331st March 2022. Due to the on-going Covid19 outbreak the implementation of of a renewal contract to supersede this contract has been delayed. In line with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the PCR 2015 it is proposed to extend the above contract for the remaining participant to 30th September 2022 (with option to extend for up to a further 6 x 1 month periods). Prices, terms and condition to remain unchanged
