Requirement; - A capability to replace the obsolete weather Radar system at RAF Akrotiri. - Provision of accurate, high fidelity, real time understanding of precipitation to assure the ability of the Met Office to predict high impact thunderstorms in order to ensure flight safety at RAF Akrotiri. - 10 year future support and maintenance to ensure the required operational availability.
