Description
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England (Midlands) is carrying out a market engagement exercise on Monday 28th March 2022, for the Provision of Non-Custodial Procurement for Integrated Offender Health Services (Birmingham & Solihull, Staffordshire and Stoke-On-Trent, and Black Country). As part of the market engagement event the commissioners are giving providers who are interested the opportunity for a 1:1 session. These will be for 20 minutes for which you will need to book. The ITT is scheduled to be published early May 2022 until mid-June 2022. The service(s) will commence on the 1st April 2023.

1 | Black Country The Integrated Offender Health Services incorporates Liaison & Diversion, Peer Support, RECONNECT and Mental Health Treatment Requirements into one service. This will enable a seamless service with flexibilities within the workforce model to respond to the complex needs of individuals in the criminal justice pathway. For this service provision, NHS England would like to encourage innovative solutions including strategic alliances which will deliver value for money and improved services to patients. The service provider will be required to deliver an outcome based high quality and integrated Offender Health Service which operates at various points of the criminal justice pathway including police custody, courts, community and prison release within the stated areas and across the Police Force footprint. The contract term for this procurement will be 3 years with an option to extend by 2 years (3 + 2 = 5) therefore 5 years in total. The aim of the market engagement exercise is to inform potential providers on the opportunity. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The event is planned for the 28th March 2022 from 9.30 am until 12 noon, with 1:1 sessions held in the afternoon. Please note the event will be held via Microsoft Teams. Organisations who wish to attend the Market Engagement Event must register their interest by completing the questionnaire as explained above. Please note that no more than three individuals per organisation can attend the event. The invitations for the Market Engagement Event and 1:1 sessions will be sent following the closing date and to those organisations who have completed the questionnaire. Any submitted response to this PIN notice will not automatically entitle your involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement conducted as a result of this notice will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it is published.
