Description

OHCandAT wishes to engage a single provider for the servicing, maintenance and potentially installation of new or supplementary equipment for Fire and Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Emergency Lighting Systems to Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust – this is for our schools and colleges centres.

Total Quantity or Scope

The proposal is to address significant issues relating to the condition and age of the existing roofs. Various instances of water ingress have been reported over a number of years and continue to cause significant disruption within the school. Additional information: The ITT states details of site visits which bidders must take account of.
