Description

The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) is inviting tenders to provide lift maintenance services to 20 lifts across 14 sites within the borough.

Total Quantity or Scope

To ensure that the lifts for which the LB of Merton is responsible are safe and well maintained and any unexpected failures minimised. Hoist inspection and testing services are included on a call-off basis.

Renewal Options

The proposed contract will be for a period of 5.5 years with the option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance and continued need, for one 12 month period. The anticipated service Commencement Date is 1 October 2022.
