Description

Cycle Hire Scheme For the establishment of a cycle hire scheme with the provision of up to 20 and minimum of 10 pedal bicycles across two developments. The delivery of the cycle hire scheme will support the Travel Plans of two large scale developments in Houghton Regis (Bidwell West and Linmere).
