Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service are looking to procure services for mental health and wellbeing support and resilience training for officers including; -one to one counselling/treatment sessions, -advice to our internal wellbeing team -training for our internal wellbeing team -drop in sessions for staff and officers -provide wellbeing and mental health resilience coping strategies as well as wellbeing and mental health support to Officers - one to one sessions for officers -advice and support on cases We will be holding a market engagement day for suppliers to attend, share their views and hear more about our requirements and our intentions for the procurement.
