Description

The purpose of this pre-market engagement ‘PME’ questionnaire is to help Belfast City Council ‘the Council’ better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity in the market to procure web development within a set timeframe. The pre market engagement exercise will take the form of an initial questionnaire and will help the Council better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity within the market to supply and deliver web development services.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Council is looking to procure web development services to develop a user-friendly, accessible website to inform stakeholders of the Belfast Region City Deal (BRCD).
